Reuters TV: Video News App Reviews

Ran this app on my IPad Air 2 and read the start page. Then pushed the start button. Nothing? Could not get past the Welcome-Start page

Pushing for the DNC way too much.

Cant think of anything negative to say. I love that you can adjust how long you want to watch the news. Videos are very informative and almost feel like youre watching live TV. This is one app I am actually glad I downloaded and use on a daily basis. Get rid of cable and get this app and save money!

I loaded a bunch of news apps to see which ones I would enjoy. I found three that I liked and his is one of them. I really like the simplicity. Open the app and then just sit back and get caught up on the world. It looks clean and modern. Here is my favorite: the app will stay running if you want to, say, browse your emails or check the weather.

No surprise that Reuters offers unassailable reporting given its ethics and resources. But this apps elegant interface is a wonderful bonus. When local news does its "If it bleeds, it leads" thing, and cable news lurches into yet another political cage fight, I launch Reuters insightful, nonpartisan app for rapid response global coverage and a taste of journalisms future. Bravo!

I saw the ad for this app and checked it out. It is excellent. The news is fresh, non-biased and personalized to how much time I have available. I can skip storied Im not interested in and relook at ones I enjoy. All in all excellent.

Terrific app that summarizes trending global news events in short, professional video segments. An added bonus: live news coverage of major events

I use this app often while I get ready for work and make breakfast. I like the format and 15 mins is about all I have to catch up on the news in the morning. Deducting one star, mostly for the constant Goldman-Sach ads. Keep in mind, just like every other news outlet, this one is owned by a huge corporation (ya know the kind that go through tax loopholes and cause recessions), so while watching the news there is definitely a corporate feel to the way the stories are presented. But that goes for literally every news outlet nowadays. Still, I enjoy that it is concise and easy to start the 15 min rotation. Also easy to go back to a story that captured your interest and share it through other social media means.

Just what I want out of a news app. I can set it to the time I have to watch and download the news when I am on the go. Keeps me up to date on the world

On demand, customizable reliable news app from a reputable news source. Im quite surprised its free, and worth the very few ads that are interspersed. Highly recommended

Great for set commute times.

I love the news. When its delivered in bite size, I can enjoy with my morning coffee.

In this day and age of biased media on both sides, Reuters offers an objective view of the most breaking news in a variety of different areas. All the news are broken down into easily-digestible one or two minute segments with analysis when needed. The app works beautifully and impresses you with the little details, like the announcer saying the precise time whenever you start your broadcast. A must download for those who prefer to watch or listen to their news.

I never right reviews but this app is polished. Its brilliant how well it transitions between stories and I dont get frustrated watching the advertising. Bravo! This puts CNN app to shame.
